I just wanted to share a quick tip regarding the Basement puzzle. 

I've received a couple messages from people stuck on this room and I wanted to give everyone a heads up in case they're encountering the same issue.  WARNING: SLIGHT SPOILER AHEAD!

Okay, so in case you haven't already discovered this: there are two possible outcomes for the pipe puzzle in the Basement. You can either route the water from the Main Pipe (center bottom) to the Greenhouse (purple) or the Bathroom (yellow) as depicted below.

In order to fix the pipes all of the circled spots need to be replaced with the correct pipe. This means you cannot make a shortcut! If you were clever enough to make your own, shorter route: congrats, you're smart! Unfortunately, it won't trigger the solution. This isn't a "glitch" in the game. I just couldn't account for every single possible pipe route a player may take in my code. I wish I could, but I'm still learning this as I go! 

You'll know if you have successfully triggered the water if the room shakes and you get the message "You hear water rushing through the pipes."
